The CAP grant application becomes available in the first quarter of each year. Once the grant period opens it will be announced on this page, on KTNA, and during the TCCI monthly meeting (first Monday of every month).

    All residents of the Talkeetna Council area are welcome to join the CAP committee and be involved in deciding how CAP funds are spent. If interested in serving on the CAP Committee, email cap@talkeetnacouncil.org.

Apply HERE deadline is March 15th, 2026

Scope of Work: The Grantee (TCCI) shall use the funding (CAP funds) to encourage outdoor recreation opportunities, education, beautification, to support local non-profits, and any other public purpose for the benefit of our community to include administrative costs for the operations of the community council and grants to non-profit organizations providing services within the community.
